This piece of art was simply a homage to the culture I was born in. The term “Shanakt” means Identity, which can mean a number of things for a lot of people. But for me, it simply means that my culture is part of my identity. Made with gauche and acrylic.
Tildas Abstract
A mixed media project, “Tildas Abstract” was made with with the scraps of other projects I had previously worked on, with the use of graphite and India Ink in the making of her frontal view.

This painting was merely a study of mixed media, with hints of Guache, Water Color, Acrylic, and India Ink in the mix. The swirls were the best part of making this piece.
